Re: bmd's projects....or attempts should i say!
thanks guys, i won't pretend i'm finding it easy, it's def kept me busy lol!! in a couple of pix the front valance is the same blue as the undersills, on others it is just white, so i'll prob just leave it white and get started on the rear spoiler....

Re: bmd's projects....or attempts should i say!
.Glad you decided to leave as is Billy. While the Martini and Yacco cars dont have the best liverys in my opinion, its still to nice to strip as yours is still in mint condition. If your willing to wait, you will get a proper rally version for small money (small money as far as UT escorts go)
I have 2 cosworths here that i picked up cheap enough that arent good enough to display, but thats fine, as i bought them specially to strip. Still need at least one more though..
brian, picked up a 'supposedly' mint and boxed yacco escort for £40 the other day, so not too bad (if it arrives that is! )
cheers for the comments guys

Re: bmd's projects....or attempts should i say!
never done an upscaling
earlier read you guys talking about it. but I am still not experienced and not so sure about the final result of them.
by the way, I remember a french forum member made this project in 1/18 earlier. if I can find out will let you know....

never happen m8, thats why my pix are all taken for at least 12" away, then no-one can see the imperfections!!!!!
omer's on a different level m8.....................but then you can't have good looks AND talent!!!

Re: bmd's projects....or attempts should i say!
a wee bit more done to Ari's 205........managed to source a set of decals from 85 Sweden..so upscaled them and they fit fine.....slight changes required now include having to change the flat white roof spoiler to a curvier black item, trimming a bit more off the corners of the front apron (the Swedisn one was a smaller item), and changing the decals on the rear quarter-panels..this won't be too hard as the new decals come complete..... i'll start these three jobs next few days, but this is how she's coming....its slow but am happy so far...
