Hey Brian, I'm sorry your schedule hasn't quite worked out as you planned, but I think we can all relate to that when it involves models!

I'm totally cool about any delays - they will be ready when they are ready! cheers

Anyway, January will suit me perfectly - having a big family at the most expensive time of the year isn't easy! Wink

Thanks lads

To be honest, i hadnt anticipated working so much in the lead up to christmas, then not in the mood for modeling when i got home. Everything is sorted for these models. Have almost all the wheels needed thanks to colin sending me so many, white decals for the windows are here ready to go and 5 models stripped and sprayed.

Just have to find the time and be in the right mood for it

Hi Brian,

As someone whose in the second half of the waiting list, I'm not worried about a delay and would confirm what some of the others have said already, better to wait and have the model just right than rush and things not being to the standard you (or we) want.

Speaking as somoene whose only ever had one commission, I know what it's like to have a deadline coming up and how suddenly, 'other stuff' gets in the way. Very frustrating, but life has a habit of throwing stuff at us that we hadn't expected!!

Hi Brian.......i know that where you work is having its busiest time of year and the 6R4s are not perishable so 2013 will be spot on....You dont rush someting as georgous as that.... people will not be as finacially unstable....and avoiding the Christmas post will be a good idea.......like i said before.......IN YOUR OWN GOOD TIME MAN......donie

Quick update, Model number one finally finished, just have to work on the base plate. Pictures up tomorrow if weather permits. Models 2-5 are already sprayed since before christmas so should be ready in the next two weeks. The rest are still in their original boxs/livery so no time frame on them yet.

Not exactly the best day for taking pictures, bit too overcast for my liking. Had to use an extra light to try brighten the pictures up a bit.

I still need to go through my costs etc so no price on these just yet. If anyone no longer wants one after seeing the pics, no problem, just send me a PM

all my models are being packed away for shifting house so wont be displayed for a wee while.
