I've been rumbled!...
Too many customer builds to finish first mate, but I'm trying to work to a new regime - build just one for myself every month! - although it might be quite hard to keep to that pledge!

Re: My slow progress
Dave,
Well done there, that man!
I've got the decal set too but haven't got about to starting yet. I'm intrigued that it's taken two sets of decals.... mind if I ask why? I'd guess that some of the decals have spit before you could position them properly? If I'm right, it's the self same problem I had with Vitor's Petter Solberg 20154 DS3 rallycross car.
Well done for persevering and for making a cracking job. If, like me, you've got the other Gillanders car with the red and blue stripes, they'll go very well together!!
Cheers, Steve

Re: My slow progress
Nuts! I see what you mean, Dave.
Perhaps the bleed shows more in the photograph than in reality? Short of putting a clear, white decal behind or cutting out the stripes behind the door square, there's not much you can do.
I think I'll scan my set of Vitor's decals and use those as they are a bit more rugged. I'm going to make Shanche's RS200 shortly, so will avoid the splitting and bleeding problems!
Cheers, Steve

Totally agree, David.
Actually, your comment works well in another way: R.E.D. = 'Retired, Extremely Dangerous', which nicely sums up the Group B era rally cars!
Also makes for two very entertaining films, by the way!!
Cheers, Steve
