2016 Millstreet Vintage Club Model Toy an Diorama Show Oct 30th

Millstreet Vintage Club hosts its second Model Toy an Diorama show on October 30th. Already looking forward to this show. Last years show was amazing, with so many rally models on display. So many rare models and one offs on display from the guys who brought out their pride and joys for the rest of us to see.

Anyone who didnt make it down last year should definitely pencil it in this year.

Thank You James.......that is an amazing collection of models covering very early to recent Circuit of Ireland cars and drivers!!!!!!

UPDATE !!!!!!!!!!!! Plans are coming on well for this show in Co. Cork.........anybody with an interest in Rally Models should pencil in the date in your Diarys .............October 30..........

Still waiting on a decals and painted bodies for the m3s so been busy with a few side projects for the show

Just finished the rollcage on this third mckenna mk2 (sold the first 2).
Also finally finished a nesbitt subaru after having it displayed with homemade decals before

Making progress Brian...............keep the head down and stay focused

Alas, Donie, due to work commitments I won't make it this time. Was speaking to James last w/e at the '20 and encouraged him to keep upskilling and take plenty of pics he can upload

That is not a problem TED.......save yourself for 2017 when it will be bigger and better !!!!!!!!!

Just realised that it clashes with Fastnet Rally - what's the story on 2017. Has Skibb moved their event ?

Sorry to miss this show - best of luck to Donie and all the lads who will be contributing to a mighty event.

Phone left at home so photos taken with a regular camera Hence it may be a while before I get them up here. Huge effort by Donie and his family. Super show and great to see forum members displaying. Great to see so many rally cars again .

I knew I was missing a great show but wow, I'll have to over this again slower later, so much awesomeness packed into some of those pictures!

What a display.
Next year I will do my best to make it..

Getting a better look over the pictures, again so many fantastic models in there, McKinstrys Volvo and Kidneys Sunbeam being just two rather lovely models I didn't know had been done, the O'Callaghan father and son line up is very good two, some change in the sport in their time!

David A lot of what's there are purely one offs including the two you mentioned . The Ronnie McCartney Mk 2 Jag is one of my favourites , if only for the hassle we had getting a full set of photos . When I get a bit of time I might start doing close ups if people are interested

Definately take some close up images james, theres so many awesome models on display sunday, it was hard to give each one the attention they deserve as the one beside it was equally as good.
