Rallye de Wallonie 2015
Back in the homeland for this one.
This was the most exciting rally for years, with 4 cars heading into the last stage with 9 seconds between them.
No win for Loix. Went off on Saturday, took first place on the very last stage on of the rally on Sunday, only for his codriver to misjudge the last road section and book in late. The original penalty had him finish fourth, an appeal got him up to second place. All in the space of one hour.

Stéphane Lefebvre, straight from the WRC scene, taking over Pieter Tsjoen's car and keeping him in the nav seat (he's done it before). They were leading before the diff caused their retirement.

Snijers finally finished a BRC round, albeit using Superally.

Vincent Verschueren with Stéphane Prévot alongside. Vincent doesn't speak French, Stéphane doesn't speak Dutch, so the notes were in English. How did he feel about having so much WRC experience in the car? "A massive difference. My other navs are good, thye're no fools, but he, he's unbelievable, world class".

Kris Princen retired after a steering error while leading.

The eventual winner, Cédric Cherain. His got his first BRC win after the confusion caused by Loix's penalty.

Timothy Van Parijs, never disapoints.

Although he does have some work ahead of the next rally.

Benoît Allart held the lead for most of the rally, but dropped to fourth on the last stage.

Xavier Bouche trying another different WRC, third overall.

David Bonjean retired after ripping a wheel off.

Stephan Hermann originates fom the German speaking part of Belgium like Bruno Thiry and Thierry Neuville, and has the latter's old codriver in the car. Just like his predecessors he's extremely fast. He took the win in R2 on his debut with the Opel Adam.

Great images as usual Juha. Saw quite a lot of footage on YouTube over the weekend and looked a really fast event especially the bit where Loix went off as caught several others out as well. Cracking entry as usual for this year's BRC. Will Tsjoen be driving again or has he fallen out with the car/team already?

Re: Rallye de Wallonie 2015
He hasn't fallen out with the team, he's still in the car.
His driving style doesn't suit the car, but as he'd brought money along he decided he might as well continue the program with someone who's significantly faster at the wheel.
