1/18 Subaru Impreza Group A 555 Livery

Just announced from Sunstar, in 1/18 scale, the IMPREZA from 1000 Lakes 1993, Ari Vatanen.....the cars debut in 555 colours (The car was badged the 555 to get around tobacco laws in Finland) Priced at £76 due July 2012........pre orders of course taken !!

mcrae and sainz are caming asweel, funny price it is on them

The price in Sweden i think bee around 55-60£

well, I bought mine last week from US ebay seller and its on its way now. should be here in a week... looking forward to it.

Love the mold, but am wondering about the yellow they used for the tampo of the sponsors (excepting 555). It appears to be the fluro from the 1995 onwards season and not the more 'Camel yellow' that they used with the Legacy/Liberty and first two years of the Impreza. The 555 decals seem to be more correct though.

Carlos Sainz was at the Macau GP at the weekend, so maybe SunStar presented him with one of the models?

The same photo is on their Facebook page with a caption that states 'CARLOS SAINZ in MACAU GP 2012!' which was posted this morning at approx 7.30am.

i have the vatanen version for my dedicated vat-man cabinet, i have pre-ordered the mcrae one for my main wrc/rally display, i mean you gotta have colins one,.............but the sainz version looks so flamin mean with the lamp-pod!!!!!!! whats a guy to do for pete's sake?? !!
