Re: British Rallycross Championship Round 1: Croft 15th March 2015
Brilliant!
Great shots there Mark.
Thanks so much for posting. You've captured a good selection of the motors competing on Sunday... including the TR7 V8, you lovely man!!!
Strangely, Julian Godfrey's livery isn't quite as offensive in the photos as it was in the flesh, so to speak!
I managed to miss some of the supercar action as i was dep in conversation with Shirley Gibson, so missed Pat's DS3 getting all smokey. I saw it being driven into the back of the transporter later on, so clearly not terminal, unlike poor ole' Stuart Emery! His day ended prematurely with a hole in the engine block. Motorsport can be a very frustrating and expensive past-time. As Stuart said, keep to the models, they're cheaper! Mind you, there only a little bit cheaper, the way I'm going!!
Stripped the Peugeot 206 WRC model last night ready to turn it into Stu's car. Also sprayed the bonnet of Roger Clark's Mk1 Capri matt black, so progressing slowly.
Thanks again, Mark, Steve

Nice set of pictures there Mark. I didn't think Julian Godfrey's colour scheme looked too bad. But I'll be interested to see how 'distinctive' it looks in the flesh
