Well it didn't take him long to get back in the groove. Really looking forward to this rally.

Re: Rally Monte Carlo 2015
Loeb quicker than Ogier by 30secs stage 1 and 13 sec overnight lead but conditions described by pretty much every driver as ultra slippy so time spreads were all over the place and too soon to read anything in to it. Oh, and Kubica stuffed it a couple of times. "Surprise surprise" as Cilla would say.

Re: Rally Monte Carlo 2015
Loeb quickest again on stage 3. How hard is he pushing must be the question. Ogier in 2nd and waiting to pick up the pieces. Evans and Tanak very close (only .1 secs separating) in 3rd and 4th. Promising start to the season for the Fords. Absence of split times already adding interest with everyone shocked by the size of gaps between drivers on Stage 1 - looks like (for a change) an inspired rule change. How soon before a team decides to bend the rules the address the issue......
Makes you wonder how far ahead the Polo WRC is in terms of performance compared to the DS3 - Meeke struggling a little in the conditions and was 35 seconds slower than Loeb on stage 3 in the same car.

Latvala leapfrogs the Fords on stage 4. Loeb still leads but Ogier narrows the gap.

20 secs taken out of Loebs lead by Ogier on stage 5 - diff down to 3 seconds. Meeke's found the pace and has closed to less than a second from Evans in 5th

Re: Rally Monte Carlo 2015
Loeb takes another 3 seconds lead on the first afternoon stage, increasing the gap to Ogier to 6 seconds, but then immediately drops 15 seconds on the second afternoob stage and now Ogier leads the rally by 8 seconds. Latvala a solid 3rd, Meeke up to 4th, Evans drops down the pecking order to 7th. Stage 8 under way.

Re: Rally Monte Carlo 2015
Loeb has blown it. Dropped a shed load of time (6min) - Meeke doesn't appear anywhere on the leader board at the moment. Ogier could park the car and win now. Shame, as was looking to be a titanic battle in the offing. Polo's 1, 2 and 3.

On the wrc.com site some irritating advert gets in the way all of the time

Brilliant, thanks Chris.
Nice, clear site and easy to navigate around.
Evans Junior is doing well! Meeke in top 10 (just) at the moment!!
