Frank Meagher Focus WRC

Will the Colin McRae 1999 Portugal winning car (7 FMC) do as a base for the Frank Meagher Cork 20 2000 car ? The shape of the bonnet grlls look different as do the headlights (could paint them ?). If not what is the correct base ? Thanks James

its the right car I used the skid 1999 monte carlo version

Cant answer your question James but heres a picture of Franks Focus in testing from Joe McCabe.
Ive always thought the 1/43 focus models looked stumpy up front. I dont think they have ever been modeled correctly but then again, thats just my opinion

I have the 1999 Portugal model. It matches the Meagher car, same vents, mirrors, bumpers, headlights ...

Thanks Guys. I got Meagher and Boland decals from Carlo so need bases. Bad enough making one mistake but a double one would be
