IXO News just announced.....

Announced today, that IXO will now be releasing the 2012 WRC Cars, just 6 weeks after each event (!). And that these will all be released at a lower price of £29.99 instead of £32.99. The Monte 2012 releases are due very soon, I have a complete list, but its long ! Except for the Mini WRC which will be available in June.....

Fair play to them, thats a quick turn around from event finishing to on the shelves!

I dont suppose there was any news on the Toivonen or Teesdale 6R4's?

No 6R4 news at all.....the Fiesta's look good, I like the black ones......We'll see ! I guess they could see Spark were taking the lead ?

Jesus i cant see that happening?? So you will have 2 works fiesta 2 works citreons and all the private cars entered.. that could be 15 - 20 wrc cars every rally.. Would be a lot of releases!!

I guess they won't be doing all privates too, it would be so crazy hope they don't do that.

Interesting move when the WRC is on it's arse with no obvious long term promoter in place and one of the "works" teams dropping out as the season starts! On top of their part work duties I hope Ixo dont forget about some of their previously announced releases as we are already 12 months on from a large number and they arnt even appearing in the catalogue now.

I've pretty much given up on them releasing any 6R4s ever again! So all we need now is for someone like HPI to take over the job, and get some stunning high quality new versions released.

Guess Ixo's website guy will have to wake up...
