Re: Paul McMurray :-(
Good to see you back online so soon, Paul. Thankfully you have a good sense of humour and can take the ribbing but it must've frightened the bejaysus out of ya, especially with long suffering wife and young lad in tow! Anyways, may the road to recovery be a swift and successful one. Take care.
Any truth in the rumour that a model of the Mini is being created?

We all thought that getting attacked by the Midges up in the Hills of Stage 6 was bad!
Very insignificant compared to your incident Paul!
All the best with your recuperation!

Hi Paul,
Glad to hear the op went well and you're back home. There really is no place like it! Not that I've been to yours, but you kow what I mean!
How long before you're walking around again? Will you be setting off the security alarms at airports? I had an artificial disc put in my neck 8 years ago and was disappointed that the titanium didn't set them off. All te very best on your recovery, rest and recuperation!
Cheers, Steve

Re: Paul McMurray :-(
thanks steve.
12weeks recovery plan has been set out for me but im hoping a few less for me,we'll see. at the mo if i didnt keep looking down to see it i wouldnt know my leg was attached....completelty numb and black.
9inches of steel rod,3 screws and 3 plates so i'd say alarms will go mad next time at the airport

when you finally kick the bucket they'll not know whether to bury you or sell you on for scrap
