BERTIE FISHER 6R4
A friend told me that Bertie hired a Metro 6R4 for Lurgan Park about 1988/1989 time,it was a yellow one.He only lasted a stage or 2.I would love a model of this car.Has anybody any photos of it?

Yep and the Meeke Orion
Two base models still under build and another with a scottish builder for 4 years now. Think I need to get that back

Did Bertie drive a Group N Legacy on the first round of the '91 BRC? Also had a Group N Sierra in '87
Re: BERTIE FISHER 6R4
Bertie hired a Brooklyn Sierra Group N
The Legacy was one of Prodrives customer Group N cars which David Gillanders and then Richard Burns used in 92

Re: BERTIE FISHER 6R4
I'm sure Mark Lowe will have a spare legacy lying around to satisfy your needs.
Re: BERTIE FISHER 6R4
Bertie's 1988 Lurgan Park 6R4 was one that I had made a mental note of as a possible future CODE343 release, along with the original yellow John Price car itself.
There wasn't much difference in the livery - a couple of Alumac, Shell Gemini and Pirelli stickers (instead of JP's favoured Michelins!) and that appears to be about it, apart from the obvious crew names and event stickers.
I will leave it for somebody else though, as I have far too much to be getting on with already.

Judging by the recent photo on another thread, Mark has a whole loft full of rally models!! Must be a Legacy there somewhere!? I'm only jealous...... though I'd try and have them on display where I can enjoy them rather than gathering dust in the loft! Each to his own . Steve
