Decal gurus - help please....82 audi 1/18 COI

Hi guys,

I am building an audi as run in the 1982 COI by Mikkola, 1/18th scale.

It looks like his team put a non standard sticker on his car as a joke - only appeared pre rally scrutiny. See Link....

It reads...."Fords are fast, Quattros are quicker"

Anyone skilled in making decals out there?? any chance to make one of these for me.....not within my skill set
