Minichamps decal stripping
Afternoon gents!...
I am in the process of building a one-off Code 3 model based on an existing Minichamps release, and have a need to strip off some decals whilst preserving any tampo print. The decals seem very thin, and particularly stubborn to shift with a finger nail or the end of a cocktail stick.
Any advice of what products work on Minichamps decals?
Many thanks.

I have always used Autosol Metal polish.
Available from Halfords In the polish area of the store. Its in a tube, in a black & goild coloured box.
Cost no idea around a £5???
Dont go mental with it and use it with a bit of water to stop it heating up too much.

I use the end of a lego brick. More solid than a fingernail but soft enough not to damage, worked niceley on a BTCC Audi I made.
