This link was posted on the British Rally forum. Sure the Delta S4 was at Stoneleigh last year and an 037 of theirs this year but look v good. Not sure on cost but probably a lot less than the originals!

As you say a nice bit of kit if you can afford it.

I think he got done after building the S4s on licensing issues but not really heard much more.
