You clearly managed to get yourself into some superb positions to take those. Not just the 'on stage' photos but the up-close-and-personal pics and the finish ramp shots. All of them beauties. Thanks for posting. Makes me want to watch a rally in person.

I understand from friends who were marshalling on the event that a 50 Years of the Ypres Rally book will be published later this year.

Can you confirm that this is going to happen and do you have an idea when it will be published.

It will be published in November I think, price is €40.

That should be a great read! Over those 50 years there have been some greats of rallying , including many from Ireland and the UK. Will the book have English text? Must write my letter to Santy................

I can't remember, they'd written some info on an A4 page but there were no leaflets to pick up.
