Re: Rally Books Collection?
Thanks - unfortunately, i've trawled that Bandama/Ivory Coast rally thread already and no good colour pictures of the cars in question, hence i'm hoping some of the books may have snaps.
Best regards

Photos of the two books you are after (I am after the Documentary of a Rally Team to complete my M-Sport set), I can recommend both of them. It might be worth contacting M-Sport to see if they have any spare copies of the Focus era (it was a limited edition of 2,000) as they had some last year at c.£60.
M-Sport - The 2006 FIA Manufacturers' World Rally Championship Winning Season
M-Sport - WRC:The Focus Era
There are several Ford-related books which I am still after while I would love to hear from anyone who has a spare copy of the Rally Yearbook 2005/06 (Eds. Philippe Joubin & Jean-Philippe Vennin).
I picked my 2 books from msport today which was cool I asked and they still the a few of the white book

Mick is now taking orders for the third (and possibly last) of his books, "A Matter of Time". It should be available later in the year...http://mickbriant.com/
I have matching numbers copies of the first two and have the third one already on order

Re: Rally Books Collection?
I bought myself another Martin Holmes book. I wasn't sure what to expect, I'd bought Russell Brookes' book and the seller had this for €3 so I bought it along.
It's used, it has more stamps than a 70's rally timecard, but still in decent condition and it contains 2 photos I hadn't seen previously of Chris Sclater and Bob de Jong in Portugal in 1972 and Spa in 1975.
My dad was involved in both efforts, and I'm happy I can finally associate 2 parts of my souvenir collection with the cars they're related to.
Spa was qualified as "relatively cheap" - it's now the most expensive rally in the country, times have changed!

Re: Rally Books Collection?
Downloaded an app for the Tablet last week and spent 2 nights inputting the ISBN numbers of all the books on the shelves, at the moment between F1, Rally, Motorbike and Classic Car books, biographies and autobiographies there's 199 books on the book shelf with another 5 on the way from Amazon. Got the World Cup book earlier for £8 and the Group B book for £28, both new and unopened. Slowly getting through the wishlist of books as the wishlist of model cars is getting very thin too
