How do you put a picture on? I cannot seem to be able to import from a file, just keep finding some http url hosting stuff.

At the mo it looks like you can't import from your PC. So you'll have to open a Flickr or Photobucket account (or something similar) and upload from that site.
It's easier than it seems.
