Quite a few times. His regular co-driver was indisposed last year and I sat for a number of events. If I remember we hit a wall in Galway in the presence of a forum member.mcm motorsport wrote:

I have asked JFE if he will do the Munster Joinery Evo and he said that he would along with the Nesbitt Rally Ireland 2007 Subaru. I don't have any news on either of those for now.
I might as well tell the full story. Some of you will have seen that George has built 3 Dyna service vans from his facebook page. They are currently with Phil Boyle being decalled as the Munster Joinery service truck to go with the three (hopefully) rally cars.

James, the Subaru looks savage, well done on getting it done! Give me a text and I'll hand over the money.

Re: Subaru N10 and Peugeot 206 Cup Car
Those of you on facebook will have seen a photo of the Peugeot. My luddite complex assists me in not copying same on here. Suffice it to say that it has garnered very favourable comment.
I ordered 10 subs and 5 pugs. All 15 apart from one sub are spoken for. I think I did go one over as 9 was a strange number to order so its available for anyone on here- price somewhere around 90 (euros) depending on postal charges. After that you deal directly with Gabriele and he will be delighted to take your money. I know that some of the other co-drivers have plans to get variations done so talk to Brian Duggan, Dan Cashman etc. I am bowing out at this stage.
I have a few photos of Garry Jennings in the little 106 Cup car and I am hoping Gabriele will do this for me. Again anyone with an interest please feel free to join in. I did make an appeal for Rory Galligan photos some time back as the family want a model done of the late great Rory and I made a promise to them. I am renewing my appeal for photos of Rorys 106 Cup car.
To those who ordered I thank you and like you I am waiting for the postman. To those who didn't, enjoy the pictures and Gabriele is there if you change your mind.

When one gets oneself involved in some things it can take some time to extricate oneself. Speedy if you are still interested then your name is on top of the list of the next batch of Munster Joinery models being done. Who the co-driver/event is wont matter as variants may well be done.

They have arrived. In fact I think I will keep all of them.
Every now and again I get brave and psych myself up to getting out a model and delving into my stash of decals (well into 3 figures at this stage) and tackling a decaling job and then I chicken out. Opening the box just now reminds me why I chicken out. Fair play to Gabriele he did a superb job.

Shall I teach you how to do it? Decalling I mean, not chickening out.JOB wrote:Every now and again I get brave and psych myself up to getting out a model and delving into my stash of decals (well into 3 figures at this stage) and tackling a decaling job and then I chicken out.

Re: Subaru N10 and Peugeot 206 Cup Car
I apologise to all who have ordered. Excuse(s) include Bushwhacker rally, Cork 20 Recce, Cork 20 rally, putting up and taking down model display in window in Millstreet. I have now run out of excuses and had a look at the Irish Postal Service (An Post) booklet setting out charges which says any registered parcel to the UK between 100g and 1kg will cost 25 euros. The Irish charge is €10.50. I will check tomorrow to see if the local post office can do any better.apsrallymodels wrote:What is happening regarding payment for these James ??

Sorry to all concerned. Anyone with cheaper alternatives please speak up.

Aye James postage from and To the UK and the South are expensive, I was charging £10 for 5 models to the South and the buyer must have thought I was still too expensive

Re: Subaru N10 and Peugeot 206 Cup Car
Brian,
Great relief when models arrive in one piece.
I was particularly pleased with the N10.
Reminder to others that I have a list for the next and final bunch being made to order. Speedy is not on that list nor is anyone else from the forum. Once Alan sends me the photos and his requirements I will close both lists.

Has anyone a way of contacting Bob. I have sent pm and an email and neither has been answered. He has not been on here in a while either. I have people looking for the model so I won't get left with it but neither do I want to shortchange Bob.bob 6r4 wrote:Subaru for me please , if I could have details where to send payment , is paypal ok . Re: Subaru N10 and Peugeot 206 Cup Car
Model despatched to Alan this afternoon (at long last).
I have a problem with Bob6R4 insofar as he ordered a model and offered to pay when I first mentioned the model on here. I did not take payment from him or anyone else until the models were in my possession. However he has not been on the forum for almost a month now. I have checked the dates of my postings on here and the date he last logged on here and he could have made himself aware that the models were to hand insofar as this thread should have come to his attention. I have sent an email and that has not been answered. I have deliberately conducted all business in relation to models I am involved with on behalf of others, on here, in full view of everyone so that there should be no misunderstandings. Hence if anyone can contact the said Bob please do as I will be allocating the model he ordered to one of Alan Ring's service team who is extremely anxious to get his hands on it by Friday of this week as a month is long enough for me to have waited.
Just had a second look and its just short of 8 weeks so I think I have been more than fair to him.
I will be meeting Alan within the week to finalise the next (and last) order of models. For the purposes of clarity there are only two forum members on the list JFE and JIMB .
