Yeah agree brian otto and even sunstar quality good value for money, auto arts are better quality but not to the tune of £200!

Re: 1:18 release dates?
yeah totally agree lads, autoart prices have gone mad! dont know if any of you get the free diecast magazine from gpl, but they did a couple of lengthy articles recently about the threat to autoart from the resin makers....everyone else seems to realise what collectors want except autoart...the truth is they dont care, because not only will die-hard collectors insist on top-quality models only, but aa are guaranted sales of their endless 'dealer edition' of bland road cars, bringing in the money.....
some of it is our fault for buying them of course....i also think that on some model sites, they insist on collecting only the high-end stuff because they are more concerned about the absolute accuracy of every engine nut and bolt, and love to take high-quality pix for the forums...indeed some model forums now have turnd into a photography class rather than a model display forum!!! they will look down their noses at sunstar, uh, ut, otto, etc this is only my opinion but £200 for a nut-for-nut replica from autoart, compared to £50 for a resin model from otto, which i admit is slightly less accurate, is a no-brainer....
but it also depends on your collection....if like me your display theme requires a certain a model, you will buy it...indeed irish 1:43 guys on here have paid over £100 and more for these wee tiny models.....but it completed their collection so had to be bought....horses for course, swings and roundabouts .............

Jesus lads if only she could cook as well.
It looks a sunning model alright now ive seen it in the video. Would love one now but at the moment i dont have that kind of money to spend on one model. Id have to get rid of a few KMDs
