Omer's future 1/18 projects & ideas

Hi guys;

I was thinking of posting a new thread in order to share my future projects and ideas...
it would be great if you guys can also share ideas, suggestions and details about the cars...

I know I have so many ongoing projects at the moment. but I just can't stop myself each time I search for photos on google

So, starting this post with the peugeot 206 WRC.
I bought this car just for the wheels for another project but then I figured out that I have a set of gravel wheels/tires in my junk yard for 206 WRC. then I also remember that I bought a set of decals from Spain long ago.
so, all of a sudden basically one project becomes two.
can you guess the 206 WRC project?

well, the base model is still on it's way yet. but the wheels already here
this is a very small hint but can anyone guess the rest of the project
I can say, the car is going to be red/white

more clues needed!

ok, here is a long time pending project.
the base model and the wheels are there for so long waiting for me to start from somewhere....

this would be mine idea of the Mercedes ( must be WRC ) .... But decalset 1:43 needed ,,,, reseize is no problem .....


this week the last decals of Solberg C4WRC should come .,.... next week over than finaly C2R2 Weijs .... and Burcu 207 ,,,,,,

Some nice ideas on projects there Omer

I really like the Fina livery on Rally & Touring Cars but I'm not too keen with it on the Merc,
Not sure why, maybe just doesn't suit the shape of the Merc... the Bastos livery on the Merc does suit it.... looks class
For the M3 it would have to be the Rothmans livery, you already have the Fina and Bastos M3's so a Rothmans model would fit in well,

I will definitely try on the Rothmans, the camel and marlboro ones might be a second project...

I also like Fina livery very much but like you say couldn't decide. and now have 3 Bastos in my collection why not for a 4th one

by the way, any guess for those 5 spoke OZ wheels above

I bought 1/24 Reji decals and will be merging with some other 1/18 sponsor logos...
bought the donor car from US nearly a month ago and same for the decals from AU and both still didnt show up. usually it takes 2 weeks.... but this time I guess due to christmas and new year rush.....

looking forward both the model and the decal set. I hope I can get them sooonnnn

I have bought the plain body Focus WRC last month from US.
and the parcel arrived this morning, was so exited since I have been waiting for long.
but the result was so upsetting they send me the wrong model ((((

this was what I ordered....



and this is what I got....



contacted the seller and ask them to send me what I ordered and I will return the model at their cost.....
I hope they have what I need and it sucks to to wait another month to receive the model....
