Ford Focus WRC, 2003 Rally Monte Carlo, #21 Antony Warmbold

Hi!

I am back again once more with a brand new Rally car project in 1/18 scale.

This time, I tried to replicate a Ford Focus WRC prepared by M Sport UK. This car had been prepared and run by M Sports for the German privateer driver Antony Warmbold and hisco-pilot Gemma Price.
Eventhough I believe that the rally soul is the gravel events and cars, I like the look of the Tarmac cars better. therefore, I have chosen the first leg of the 2003 WRC season, Monte Carlo rally.
Sebastien Loeb & Daniel Elena won the event with their Citroen Xsara WRC while Antony Warmbold & Gemma price finished the rally 11th over all.

My mate Halil Akaryildiz helped me to create the branding and all decals. I would like to thank him once more for his great efforts to draw these decals in Corel draw and printed them for me....

I had to make a decision between Tarmac spect and Gravel spec...





after paint job finished I have applied the decals and clear coated. thanks once more to Halil!

yes mate, they are prepared and printed by my mate in Turkey...

Nice work Omer, can your friend print white or have these been cut out very accurately?

can't print out white at the moment and we are also looking for a solution for that.
I cut the decals myself as accurate as possible....

you did a fine job!

Congrats Omer, Warmbold look awesome. In my opinion, to cut these decals and apply them without mistake on the model is harder and harder than drawing and printing them.
I would like Warmbold to see that model indeed
