cazzo great thread, just gone through every page top work lad, question for you the flemming focus you painted what colour yellow is it please and did u do the decals for it and could the be resized to 1:18 please ???

I didn't do the decals I think it was Bruno (focussimo) on here who done the decals + Diego (diegoq) was talking about doing decals but from another event,
There is a Polish guy also doing decals but I'm not keen on the colours of them so I'd give the other 2 members a shout first,
The yellow I used was a Mazda colour, it was limited to the MX5, I can't remember the code but I'll look for it and let you know,

I've been updating the Facebook page I set up and haven't updated this in a while so here's what I've been up to lately,

1/18 Autoart S12 Impreza removed the aerials filled the holes and painted the roof + wheels
1/18 Sunstar MKll strip decals & tampo, add black detail + paint the wheels & made up the spotlamps
1/43 Escort WRC strip & respray + add black detail
1/43 Skoda Fadia strip & respray + add black detail
1/43 Impreza's add black detail














1/18 Autoart S12 Impreza

Fully stripped, removed the aerials & filled in the holes, full respray,
Still have to remove and paint the wheels add black detail and built it back up,

David I'm not sure what the yellow Impreza is going to be as I just added the black detail lines to it,
I think Meeke and Higgins drove a Pirelli sponsored Impreza like that,

I got a chance to do a bit more to the Autoart S12 Impreza yesterday,
All the black detail lines have been added + I got the brake discs and wheels pulled apart ready for painting,
I'll add a post in the thread about removing wheels to show how I got them off,

Here's a few pic's of it sitting together as a test fit before the final build up,

I used a Mercedes silver Omer, I can check on the paint code if you need it,
The paint I use it solvent 2k basecoat with a 2k lacquer over the top, it's the same paint I use on the 1/1 scale cars I paint Monday to Friday lol
Most motorfactors or paint suppliers can mix the paint for you in a tin to use with a spray gun/airbrush or in a spray can,

That's this S12 nearly finished, I've been flat out all week with the day job so got the last few bits done this weekend,
I had it all built and forgot about the upper roof spoiler so I'll paint & fit it tomorrow,
