Hello from California

Hello everyone. My name is Phil and I've just been turned onto this site by a couple of friends from the Scale143 forum (where people know me as philsaunders.) Glad to find somewhere to banter about rally as it's not a popular sport here in the States. In fact several 1/43 retailers have stopped carrying rally as it's hard to move, so it's sometimes hard to source locally.

I collect rally in 1/43 and my specific themes are Group B (which occasionally leaks into Group 4, Group N & S... you know, for context ) Safari rally and rallying Porsches. I also collect Porsche motorsport in general, but I'll refrain from bringing up that rival passion on these pages!

Anyway, I look forward to spending a little time with a new group of like-minded enthusiasts!
