Donie / James, well done on what looks like a fantastic display - glad to be of some small assistance. So many very, very sweet looking sets in there. Hard to pick one that stands out, but the Ger Buckley one must get a mention, haven't seen that beauty before.

Again well done to you both (and all the contributors, of course), never an easy job to organise one of these. And a special thanks for taking the time to offer a breakdown of Sean's pictures.

When is the next one??????

Well we were asked to go to a show in Clare next weekend but that will not happen.......possibly same place ,same time next year...........The Cork 20 Rally is based in Millstreet for 2013 and 2014 so we spoke briefly on getting a number of shop windows for the week of the Rally and putting on a Cork 20 model display and perhaps a Toyota window and a VW@ window and get the local main dealers to make a financial contribution to a designated charity.......we will most definately discuss it again

Most of my models are in storage. It was good to get the opportunity to display some of them for a good cause. There were discussions on the old forum about doing a forum exhibition. With the widely dispersed nature of the membership it is unlikely to ever be a runner. What we can do is put on exhibits as individuals or as small groups in shows in our own areas. I get emails from The Irish Festival of Speed which will run in limerick on 3-4 August. I made a tentative enquiry if they would be interested in a model exhibit. To date I have had no reply. If anyone else is interested in pursuing this let me know and I will pursue it further.

Sorry guys I was mistakenly referring to Sean's photos on post#53 and looking at the 1/43 Porsche #15 on top right hand corner in each photo.
